AC Cool N Cool Engineering is a professional air conditioning service provider based in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, Malaysia.

We provide a full range of air conditioning services including installation, repair, servicing, maintenance, relocation and emergency repairs for residential and commercial properties. Our services are performed by skilled and certified technicians with more than 20 years of industry experience.

Through the use of our services, you agree that:

• You are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian permission.
• You are legally able to enter into a contract.
• You will provide truthful and accurate information.
• You will not use our services for any illegal or unauthorised purpose.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account information you create.

Once your appointment is booked, we will confirm the date, time and service details through your preferred method of contact. Please ensure your contact information is accurate and up to date to avoid delays in communication.

• Clear Pricing: We believe in fair and transparent pricing with no hidden fees.
• Price Quotes: Free consultations and quotations are provided according to your specific requirements.
• Payment Options: Cash, bank transfers and other agreed payment methods.
• Billing: A comprehensive invoice will be issued after completion of services.
• Discounts: Applicable discounts, such as 10% off air conditioning services, will be applied where eligible.
• Payment Timing: Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

• Cancellation 48+ hours before appointment: No charges. Full refund if already paid.
• Cancellation 24–48 hours before appointment: 50% of the estimated service cost may be charged.
• Cancellation less than 24 hours before appointment: Full service charge may apply.
• No-show without notice: Full service charge will be charged.

If you provide at least 48 hours' notice, you may re-book your appointment without penalty. Charges may apply for rescheduling within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.

• Professional Workmanship: Services are delivered by certified and experienced technicians.
• Quality Assurance: We stand behind our work and are committed to quality workmanship.
• Safety Compliance: All work is performed in accordance with applicable Malaysian safety and electrical standards.
• Warranty: Service work is generally covered under a warranty period. Please refer to your service report for specific details.
• Post-Service Support: Emergency services and follow-up support are available 24/7.

AC Cool N Cool Engineering is not liable for:

• Property damage not caused by our technicians or services.
• Electrical or structural problems within your building. We may refer you to qualified professionals where required.
• Systems damaged through misuse or lack of maintenance between service visits.
• Loss of use or consequential damages following completion of service.
• Third-party products or services that we do not provide.

If a unit cannot be repaired economically or safely, our technicians will advise you before incurring full service charges. We recommend preventive maintenance every 3–6 months to help extend the life of your air conditioning system and maintain efficient operation.

These materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or transmit any content without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.
